Deja D’Or (Dickie) is a super easygoing guy. He was purchased specifically as my riding pony and I am as amateur as they come. I might ride once a month and he is happy to pack me around whether or not he is ridden regularly or left to sit (and eat, which is his favourite pastime ;)) He and I have had fun showing on the line where he was Grand Champion Sport Pony at the Keystone Summer Classic 2018!

Since then his under saddle career has taken over. He is currently being ridden by Emmanuelle Lord (Lord Kehres Dressage), an excellent young professional in the Ottawa area who will continue to show him for the foreseable future. In 2019, he scored over 70% his first ever outing at the Ottawa Dressage Festival and started at 2nd level. He also competed at the 2019 National Dressage Pony Cup where he was the 5yo Futurity Winner!

He ended his first show season with a slew of awards! He finished Open Champion 2nd Level with OADG, CADORA and NDPC Canada!  He also managed to be Open Champion 1st Level with NDPC in the USA!

Thanks to COVID there were no shows in 2020 and as he had completed his performance requirements already, his stablemates needing scores got show ring priority in 2021. In 2022 he competed at 3rd level winning the 3rd level Eastern Canadian Championship with a high score of 70.375. 2023 saw his 4th level debut and ended the season with a high score of 70%, OADG 4th level Open Reserve Champion, NDPC 4th level Open Champion and his EC Silver Medal!
